We are thrilled to announce that Sorrento Beach Club’s famous steak sandwich has been named a finalist in the 2026 AHA WA Steak Sandwich Competition!
With entries from some of the best venues across the Perth metro area, competition was fierce, making this achievement even more exciting. Sorrento Beach Club has secured a place in the Top 4 and will now battle it out in the live cook-off at the AHA Hospitality Expo on July 3rd to be crowned the best in Perth.
Created by our talented Head Chef Danny Matthews, this standout sandwich features premium MB2+ picanha steak, Danny’s signature entrecôte sauce, crispy red onions, and shaved parmesan, all served with a side of fries. It’s a simple combination done exceptionally well, showcasing quality ingredients and bold flavours.
