We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our growing hospitality group. This role is ideal for someone recently qualified or just out of TAFE, looking to gain hands-on experience across real-world hospitality design projects with strong mentorship and support.
About the role
Your duties will include:

Design and update menus, social media content, signage, branding, stationery and event promotional assets

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and venues

Assist with WordPress updates and basic web content

Work closely with the Business Manager to refine ideas and deliver projects

Liaise with suppliers and third parties

Manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities
Skills & experience

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Familiar with WordPress and basic web design

Certificate III or higher in Graphic Design (preferred)

Hospitality experience or strong interest in the industry highly regarded

Portfolio required (TAFE, freelance or school projects accepted)

Understanding of copyright and brand guidelines

Mac environment experience
