Yanchep Beach Club Set to Make Waves in Perth’s North!

September 2025

The newest beach club to hit Yanchep is coming this summer….

Perth hospitality couple Ryan and Nikki Esqulant – owners of the award winning Hillarys Beach Club and Bar Olé Iluka – are expanding north, bringing their signature coastal hospitality to Yanchep with the highly anticipated Yanchep Beach Club, opening in late November 2025.

Currently under construction, the expansive 600 square metre venue will welcome approximately 300 guests, with a mix of elegant indoor spaces and a sweeping wrap around alfresco offering uninterrupted views over the Indian Ocean. Designed with a beach meets Amalfi Coast aesthetic, the venue combines natural timbers, exposed brickwork and an impressive eight-metre marble bar top with brick fascia in collaboration with the team at Matthew Crawford Architects to perfect the interior design.

The furniture has been carefully curated to reflect the elegance of the Amalfi Coast, creating a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere with plenty of wood, natural leather and coastal colours. The interiors have been shaped by co-owner Nikki Esqulant, striking a balance between coastal elegance and laid-back luxury.

The expansive wrap around alfresco embraces Yanchep’s beach lifestyle, allowing guests to soak up ocean views and coastal breezes from every angle and offering space for diners or those just coming for an afternoon drink.

The food offering will mirror the successful formula of Hillarys Beach Club, showcasing coastal classics with Italian influences alongside modern pub favourites. Acclaimed Group Executive Chef Steven Finch, the driving force behind the food at Hillarys Beach Club, will lead the kitchen, delivering exceptional dishes to Yanchep locals and visitors alike.

Yanchep Beach Club will also include a private dining room for intimate celebrations of up to 50 guests, along with a takeaway kiosk opening daily from 7am, perfect for beachgoers and early risers looking for coffee and light bites. The venue will trade seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks, providing a vibrant all day dining and social destination for the northern suburbs.

In addition to offering a new landmark for the region, the venue will employ around 100 locals, including 20 chefs, with a major recruitment drive planned for October 2025.

Construction and fit-out have been managed by Hickey Constructions, led by a Yanchep local, further strengthening the project’s ties to the community. Construction began in April with all local trades being utilised for all aspects of the building.

Yanchep Beach Club will continue its partnership with Carlton & United Breweries to provide a strong beer offering, complemented by an extensive selection of wines and cocktails.

Co-owner Ryan Esqulant said he has been overwhelmed by the support from the local community. “We can’t wait to bring an incredible experience to this sensational community and stunning location overlooking the Indian Ocean. Many Yanchep locals have already visited Hillarys Beach Club to get a taste of what’s to come, and we’re so excited to finally bring it to their doorstep later this year and become involved in the community.”

With its stunning design, strong culinary direction and enviable oceanfront setting, Yanchep Beach Club is set to become the northern suburbs’ newest coastal icon. Locals and visitors are encouraged to follow Yanchep Beach Club on social media for updates and behind-the-scenes progress in the lead-up to opening.

Yanchep Beach Club is due to open in November 2025 and is located in the Capricorn Estate, Yanchep.
